What began as an initial pitch evolved into months of collaboration involving commercial alignment, product positioning, technical integration, legal structuring, and marketplace onboarding. Today, the Lenskart E-Gift Voucher on Woohoo stands as a live example of how digital prepaid ecosystems are reshaping consumer gifting and retail engagement in India.

The Opportunity

India's retail ecosystem is rapidly moving toward omni-channel commerce, where brands are looking for:

The Challenge

The Outcome

The launch marked Ubiquity Solutions' first successful gift card ecosystem execution, a new omni-channel gifting opportunity for Lenskart and another strong brand addition within the Pine Labs ecosystem.
