Vivek is a results-driven leader with over 23 years of experience driving customer loyalty and operational excellence for top retailers. Before starting off with Ubiquity Solutions he was Chief Customer Officer at Stellr, a leading pre-paid gift card provider in Asia and Africa. He also helped roll out the pan-India retail strategy for LeEco as Director Retail for their smartphone brands.
His core strengths lie in retail and O2O strategy, account management, CRM, and people leadership. He is passionate about creating differentiated and engaging customer experiences across different retail touchpoints and his strategic focus lies in improving KPIs, customer satisfaction, and delivering customer-centric business strategies.
Vivek has helped managed retail operations for Airtel, Reliance Communications, Raymonds and he was the Head of National Key Accounts at Samsung Electronics from 2013 to 2016. Vivek has deep experience in driving customer centricity, operational excellence, people leadership, and financial results for retailers across consumer electronics, fashion and travel. And now he is looking to tackle new business-building challenges with Ubiquity Solutions.
