NU Republic is a young and trendy electronics accessories brand with a range of headphones, ear buds, phones. Right now their brand is working via online distribution and some regional distribution. Ubiquity Solutions is helping them move towards organised retail - into metros and large format electronic stores. We are helping them set up their distribution and retail channels and also expanding their markets overseas - to South Asia, South Africa, North Africa, and CIS countries.

Shiftz

Shiftz is a powerful AI tool for organisations to efficiently and effectively streamline their complete workforce management on a single platform. Their AI-powered recruitment platform automates the hiring process by using artificial intelligence to efficiently source, screen and match candidates to jobs.

Ubiquity Solutions is now going to help Shiftz apply their AI-powered recruitment technology to other sectors like retail and distribution, FMCG, consumer durables and IT services. Attrition is a big problem in these sectors - employees often quit their jobs because of small factors such as commute distances.

An example is a top startup, with 120 stores nationwide. In certain stores sales-persons leave after 3 months simply because they were hired from the wrong location. Shiftz's AI tool automatically factors in these considerations while making a recruitment decision. We are going to help Shiftz expand their product range and bring value to more companies.

We have expertise in creating and managing gift card programmes to help companies develop new revenue streams and increase their brand visibility. POSA (Point Of Sale Application) Cards are pre-paid/gift cards that can support digital brands in organized retail (physical stores) and in general trade. What's more, you can learn how to ski, watch a movie on a cinema screen made of snow, and enjoy a campfire under the stars all in the same weekend.

Ubiquity Solutions is helping GoTripCo get to market. The first step is to create marketing channels, both online and offline, and create awareness of their brand. The next phase is to enhance their operations so we can develop a premium customer base for their adventure programmes and other hospitality offerings. We start with a nationwide marketing plan and then we develop an international strategy to bring in customers from overseas.
